Refund policy

At GodGotUs Apparel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
    •    Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
    •    Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
    •    Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
    •    Non-returnable items: Sale items, digital downloads, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
