Refund and Returns

At GodGotUs Apparel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If
you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
    •    Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
    •    Refunds: Once we receive and inspect
your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
    •    Exchanges: If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
    •    Non-returnable items: Sale items, digital downloads, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping

Thank you for shopping with GodGotUs Apparel! We aim to deliver your order quickly and safely.
    •    Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
    •    Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on
your location and chosen shipping method. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days (U.S.) or 7–21 days (international).
    •    Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.
    •    International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
    •    Delays: While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, please allow for delays
during holidays, sales, or due to carrier issues beyond our control.
